By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
This Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow visitors to learn about our services, request quotes, and schedule cleaning appointments. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
- Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications through the Site

2. Service Booking and Scheduling
When you submit a service request or booking inquiry through this Site, you acknowledge that:
- Submitting a request does not constitute a confirmed appointment. Confirmation is provided separately by our team via phone or email.
- Service availability is subject to our scheduling capacity and geographic service area (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, including Grapevine and surrounding cities).
- Pricing quoted through the Site or by our team is based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Satisfaction Policy
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. To cancel or reschedule your appointment without a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time by phone or email.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. The applicable fee will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay future appointments or in our declining to schedule future services.
Lockouts
If our team arrives at your property and is unable to gain access (no one home, key not available, incorrect access instructions), the visit may be treated as a late cancellation and a fee may apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and describe the concern. We will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge.
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the cleaning services performed and does not extend to damage claims, pre-existing conditions, or items outside the agreed-upon scope of service.
Refunds
Because cleaning is a service rendered in person, we do not offer monetary refunds for completed appointments. Our remedy for service quality concerns is a complimentary re-clean as described above. If you believe an exception applies to your situation, please contact us directly and we will work to find a fair resolution.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Irene Cleaning Service or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
