A few days ahead is ideal, especially around weekends and holidays. For more time-sensitive situations, call us directly at 817-442-6112, and we will do our best to fit you in.
What is the difference between a one-time clean and a deep clean?
A one-time clean follows our standard room-by-room checklist. A deep clean goes further – inside cabinets and drawers, windows from the inside, baseboards, blinds, and more intensive work in the kitchen and bathrooms. If your home has not been professionally cleaned in a while, a deep clean is usually the right starting point.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients are not home during their visit. We work carefully and respectfully in every space. After the clean, you will receive a photo report showing what was completed.
Can I add extra services to my one-time clean?
Yes. Inside the fridge, inside the oven, laundry and folding, bed linen changes, interior windows, organization services, and more are all available as add-ons. Select them when you book or mention them when you call.
Is a one-time clean the right option if I am moving in or out?
For move-in and move-out situations, we recommend our dedicated move-in/move-out service. It includes deeper coverage of empty spaces, inside drawers and cabinets, and areas that need extra attention once furniture has been removed.
How do you handle homes with pets?
